Hi people,
As mentioned during the previous post, there was a scheduled maintenance. The webhost’s senior technician had promised to shift our tuition agency website to a new server, however, was unable to make it that day. We then advised them to start shifting on any day at 3am to minimize the inconvenience of use to everyone.
It was done this morning.
Things are now sweet but there is a DNS propagation delay, which (Internet Service Providers) ISPs require time to update the new server’s location. During this period of time, you may not be able to view the website until your ISP has acquired the new IP.
If you still cannot view or access the website, do use “Ctrl” + “F5” on your keyboard to force reload the website. It is probably because of caching of your web browser.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
