We hope every re-visiting user has experienced a better navigation (download) speed when surfing around our tuition agency website. On 21 June 2012, our webhost had received a new server to replace the old one, which could have resulted some slowness throughout the week.
However, our webhost did not warn us about the moving of the site, which could have caused inconvenience to visitors during the around half-an-hour of migration process after midnight. We knew the exact timing because we were still working at that time while we went to their online live help page for assistance.
We reserve our trust in our Singapore webhost because of the major clients they have, while they promise a 4-hour time-frame to resolve any web problem.
